The service we received was outstanding
Hello Liam, Recently we had maintenance and repairs completed on our home gas heating systems, and I wanted to let you know that the service we received by your business and in particular by your technician, Luke, was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he had to endure several forays into the very dusty ceiling space to repair the ducted heating, which was not a pleasant experience. Since his visit, the heating (both the gas log fire and the ducted gas) have worked perfectly. Luke’s skill and work ethic are a credit to him and your organisation. I shall recommend your business to friends and family; it is reassuring for us to know that if we need plumbing and gasfitting repairs done, we can rely on your excellent customer service and workmanship.

FYI- Phil was outstanding. Quick to arrive to an emergency call out, plus polite, well spoken, knowledgeable and energetic. He fixed the problem quickly. He even took his shoes off to come into the house!
