Called Woden Valley plumbing for a broken toilet cystern was able to explain everything over the phone and provide a quote. Next day Alex came out to do the work and did a great job! Also did washers for showers and taps and the price came to what another company quoted a few months back just to do the washers. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with whole experience with Wooden Valley Plumbing. I booked online for someone to come and look at our hot water system which was malfunctioning. We got a phone call straight away moving our appointment forward to get it fixed.The tech who attend was super polite and professional. Talked me through the issues (and didn’t default to the most expensive outcome either!). Half an hour and we were done and dusted, and we have hot water again! Also gave me some good advice about what to do if the issue happens again (before we pay more money for him to attend!Received a follow up call the following day to check to see that all was good with our hot water.So, all in all, very happy, and a pleasure to recommend!

Outstanding service from a highly professional team. We had an urgent need to repair a blocked sewer. With hours of getting a quote from Alex, Mickey and James arrived at our property and started work. Access to the site was very difficult but they managed to get a digger down the narrow access path without any damage. By 3pm they had the hole dug and piping replace. By midday the next day they had finished the job after restoring the site superbly. We could not recommend Woden Valley Plumbing and Gasfitting highly enough. Definitely 5 Star!
