One word: relief

One word, ‘RELIEF’. For the extended version – we went for the stab in the dark about 3 years ago, trawled the yellow pages, thought we’d try WVPG to start with (we had issues with our 10,000 litre in-ground domestic water tank and pump). 3 years down the track, we can say we are ‘relieved’ to have made the right (lucky) choice right from the word go. A fully integrated business, with very knowledgeable and experienced personnel, courteous and well-led by Andrew. In particular, I am impressed by their responsiveness and willingness not just to brush you off, but to EXPLAIN everything they propose to do, providing options and quotes, and follow up when needed. They have dealt professionally with everything from minor to major (just had to replace all our 80 year old terracotta pipes at the front). Also very good at troubleshooting tricky jobs (we had a lot of toing and froing with our water pump – but they persevered with us, didn’t brush us off, and eventually we came to a good solution).
