When I rang your firm and spoke with the lovely Samantha on Friday 20 Feb, I got good old fashioned service and was of high quality and understanding of my needs. This type of service is rare nowadays. I highly commend Samantha for the clear and precise advice she gave me; it made it very easy for me to choose your firm to do the varied plumbing work which was carried out by Greg.
