Good old fashioned service
When I rang your firm and spoke with the lovely Samantha on Friday 20 Feb, I got good old fashioned service and was of high quality and understanding of my needs. This type of service is rare nowadays. I highly commend Samantha for the clear and precise advice she gave me; it made it very easy for me to choose your firm to do the varied plumbing work which was carried out by Greg. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and did all the work in an efficient and no fuss/mess way. Thanks to Greg and I commend his excellent work. I will use your firm’s services in future and highly recommend you to others.
