We had WVPG install a Braemar Ducted Gas Heater yesterday and we want to congratulate your company and the chaps involved for absolutely first class service. All of the team were courteous, helpful and thoughtful, and went to considerable lengths to ensure that we were happy with the new controls, and then finished the whole job with a thorough clean up both inside and outside. One word, ‘RELIEF’. For the extended version – we went for the stab in the dark about 3 years ago, trawled the yellow pages, thought we’d try WVPG to start with (we had issues with our 10,000 litre in-ground domestic water tank and pump). 3 years down the track, we can say we are ‘relieved’ to have made the right (lucky) choice right from the word go. A fully integrated business, with very knowledgeable and experienced personnel, courteous and well-led by Andrew. In particular, I am impressed by their responsiveness and willingness not just to brush you off, but to EXPLAIN everything they propose to do, providing options and quotes, and follow up when needed. They have dealt professionally with everything from minor to major (just had to replace all our 80 year old terracotta pipes at the front). Also very good at troubleshooting tricky jobs (we had a lot of toing and froing with our water pump – but they persevered with us, didn’t brush us off, and eventually we came to a good solution).

I also wanted to thank you for such fantastic and prompt service yesterday. I was concerned when we discovered the gas leak because the unit is right next door to our little baby’s room, and I really appreciated how fast you were able to come out and fix it. I know that this wouldn’t always be possible depending on how busy you are, but yesterday it was really appreciated as was your high standard of service. I will be in touch again nex t time we need some plumbing/gasfitting services.

Woden Valley Plumbing & Gasfitting were terrific. Understood what I needed, booked me in straight away, kept me informed, arrived on time and did a professional job. Serviceman Mickey was excellent, friendly and efficient and super easy to deal with.

Great service and availability. Nick was on point from explaining the job, costs and transparent throughout. Worked quick and a complete professional. Website and booking system was great and got prompt email replies. I would use again.

Had a plumbing emergency and the team responded quickly (within 20 mins before 8am). and worked hard to fix the problem. Called Woden Valley plumbing for a broken toilet cystern was able to explain everything over the phone and provide a quote. Next day Alex came out to do the work and did a great job! Also did washers for showers and taps and the price came to what another company quoted a few months back just to do the washers. Highly recommended.

We have just had a kitchen tap replaced by woden Valley plumbing and would recommend them highly.From the initial phone contact which was professional and friendly with clear advice on the process to Nick’s punctuality and workmanship. The workspace was left clean and the cost was reasonable.

We were very happy with whole experience with Wooden Valley Plumbing. I booked online for someone to come and look at our hot water system which was malfunctioning. We got a phone call straight away moving our appointment forward to get it fixed.The tech who attend was super polite and professional. Talked me through the issues (and didn’t default to the most expensive outcome either!). Half an hour and we were done and dusted, and we have hot water again! Also gave me some good advice about what to do if the issue happens again (before we pay more money for him to attend!Received a follow up call the following day to check to see that all was good with our hot water.So, all in all, very happy, and a pleasure to recommend!

More importantly they are genuinely nice people who I trust to undertake repairs/undertake services at my elderly mother’s house when I am not there. She is comfortable to have them in her home which has not been the case with other companies.

Outstanding service from a highly professional team. We had an urgent need to repair a blocked sewer. With hours of getting a quote from Alex, Mickey and James arrived at our property and started work. Access to the site was very difficult but they managed to get a digger down the narrow access path without any damage. By 3pm they had the hole dug and piping replace. By midday the next day they had finished the job after restoring the site superbly. We could not recommend Woden Valley Plumbing and Gasfitting highly enough. Definitely 5 Star!

The guys at Woden Valley Plumbing were just the best! I had some last minute work to do, removing an old solar water heater on the roof, new water tank and removal of old tanks and they fit the work in, organised it all so fast and worked so efficiently!!! Thanks Nick, Ian and team!!

Prompt and professional service at very short notice. Alex very quickly identified the problem with a malfunctioning tap, and another dripping connection in the laundry. He suggested we update the taps for long term trouble-free operation. We were very happy with the service and the end result.
